French Herb Garden WeddingPosted on 7th Apr 2011 @ 2:30 PM
This Gorgeous French Herb Garden Wedding was set on the Hawkesbury River, Peats Bite. This venue is unique in that it is accessible only by boat or seaplane, the open deck creates a feeling that you are in a completly natural bush setting. This tranquil location has been the perfect spot for many brides looking for something different, and especially of interest from overseas brides who wish to show off a taste of Australia to there international guests and all that it has to offer in one setting, including the odd wallaby! We used wired and wodden crates filled with David Austin roses and various herbs to create the provincial feel, matched with the place setting - twig placemats and herb napkins. The glass tea lights hanging from the timer beams created the romantic touch of ambiance as the sun set. |
