Terms and Conditions Agreement

Payment must be paid by direct bank deposit, cheque or credit card. All credit card payments are subject to a merchant fee. A deposit of 20% the price is required for confirmation of Wedding Date.  On Receit of a deposit is confirmation of your wedding and is non-refundable.  Balance due must be paid in full on one week prior.  Any additions and changed made to the initial quote will be charged accordingly.

Changes:  Agreement changes must be made in writing.  Cancellations made prior to final consultation will receive a refund on monies paid, less non-refundable deposit.  Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to wedding date will receive no refund.  There are no refunds for cancellations of individual items after contract is signed.  Flowers for those items can be utilized to upgrade other arrangements purchased or exchange to the value.

Substitutions:  We are working with nature, and are materials are subject to weather and logistics, we reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your wedding.  In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. 

Rental:  All rentals require an additional refundable security deposit.  This deposit is not included in your total.  All rentals are to be returned by 10:00 a.m. the next business day or an additional day’s rental will be charged.  Security deposit will be refunded upon return of equipment on time and in good condition.  Any unreturned or damaged items are payable to naOmi jOnes p/l.

naOmi jOnes flower studio reserves the right to withdraw from this agreement if at any time we feel that the obligations cannot be met.  In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy or other emergency, liability is limited to full refund of all monies paid.
